Terms of Service

FamAI™ is operated by FamAI LLC, San Diego, California. Questions, requests, or anything at all: brady@famai.ai.

You sign in with an email and password or with Google. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account. You must be 18 or older to create a family account.

A family account is created and managed by a parent or guardian. Kids' profiles inside a family are created, edited, and removed by their parents — kids don't sign up on their own. Anyone you invite as a co-parent can see and change your family's plans, so only invite people you trust.

FamAI helps your family plan meals, keep a shared calendar, run Family Quests, save recipes in your Family Cookbook, log learning and wellbeing moments, and ask FamAI Buddy questions about your family's own plans.

Meal plans, quest and reward ideas, recipe imports, learning wrap-ups, wellbeing suggestions, and Buddy answers are generated by AI. They're starting points, not professional advice. Always use your own judgment — especially for food allergies, dietary needs, health, and safety. Check ingredients yourself before cooking.

Recipes, photos, notes, and calendar details you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app works for your family, and to send them to our AI provider when you use an AI feature. Please only upload things you have the right to upload.

If you connect a calendar feed, FamAI reads it on a schedule so your family's events stay current. You can remove a feed at any time from the Calendar screen.

Hero Points and any dollar amounts attached to a quest are a tracking tool inside your family. They aren't money, they have no cash value, and FamAI doesn't move, hold, or pay out any funds.

Please don't misuse FamAI: no breaking into other families' data, no scraping or overloading the service, no illegal or harmful content, and no using it to harass anyone. We may suspend an account that does.

We work hard to keep FamAI running well, but it's provided as-is without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, FamAI LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived.

You can stop using FamAI at any time and email brady@famai.ai to have your family's account and data deleted. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and let families know in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
